New Host for the Website Written by: Biph Date: 2005-11-28 Over the weekend, the site was completely down or non-operational for awhile. The reason for this is, we have changed webhosts. The former hosting company is getting out of hosting, leaving us high and dry. Everything has been transferred to the new host and should be functional. There are a few hiccups in the way things are being displayed, special characters are stored in a strange way in the database. Hopefully, everything is working now, even if it does look unusual in some way. I hope to have the display issues resolved in the next few days. Also, I am planning some new additions to the alumni database, to keep us all in better contact as well as a more interesting site. |
